I’ve referred a number of people to the Marshall Defense Firm over the years and, without exception, their feedback concerning the firm’s service has been exceptional. The terms I hear consistently are expert, professional, intelligent, sensitive and caring. Honestly, it’s a combination of traits which I see rarely see in law firms I deal with. What a huge compliment to the firm’s legal and life philosophy.

I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. He was able to claim me the maximum payout from my auto insurance, and got my health insurance to waive any reimbursement out of the auto claim! I am positive things would not have gone as well as they did without his help. I pray that I never need his services again, but for sure know that he's the one I would call if I do!

David Marshall and his team have been very helpful in defending my family and I against a false accusation suit that we encountered. The team was excellent in communication with my wife and I, and the suit was eventually dismissed. Very good advice from David Marshall during our initial phone interview. I encourage folks that are reading these reviews to take the first step and call Marshall Defense firm for advice before going anywhere else!!

My husband and I were in an accident with an uninsured motorist last year. We started working with Andrew shortly after the accident. He guided us through the whole claims process and managed all communication with the insurance companies. We were able to focus on healing from our injuries and never had to worry about the insurance claims. We highly recommend Cherin Law and are so grateful for his expertise and guidance during an extremely difficult time.

After being involved in a car accident in CA I reached out to several Law Firms/Groups. No one would take my case. Luckily Cherin Law Firm was referred to me and Andrew quickly accepted my case and got to work. He set expectations upfront and let me know the process and length it would take to have this resolved. He was able to secure a favorable outcome, I would definitely recommend his firm and would use them again in the future if needed.

If you are lucky enough to find Kevin Hogan’s services, you will not be disappointed! He was prompt, helpful, clear, concise, respectful and timely.
