My name is Zemed Yitref and I am a recent client of attorney Shakespear N. Feyissa. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and work as an Investment Manager. Mr. Feyissa represented me with my accident case with an insurance company since February 2017. Since I am very satisfied with the way my case was handled by the Law Office of Shakespeare Feyissa, I just can’t pass this excellent work pass without any recognition. From the beginning, my case was handled by Shakespear and his staff on highly professional manner. I would like to comment on the following skills I observed: Excellent interpersonal skills – I contacted Mr. Feyissa after conducting an interview with the insurance company without an attorney present (big mistake on my part). I was also stressed and burned out from the way the insurance adjuster treated me before I contacted him. He listened to my case assertively with patience and advised me instantly the mistakes I made in handling the case and formulated a strategic action plan to follow to win the case. Superb analytical skills – Shakespeare’s ability to make sense of the large volume of information that came to his desk related my case was incredible. My treatment from my accident lasted more than a year and the billing from surgeons, physical therapists, and spine specialists was overwhelming. He followed logical inferences to figure out the best course of action suitable to resolve my case. Perseverance – Shakespeare and his staff spent many hours working diligently on my case to win my case with a well notorious and unrespectful insurance company by keeping my hopes up throughout the period he represented me. Exceptional negotiating skills – Despite my constant pressure from me to settle my case with the insurance company quickly, Shakespeare used his wealth of experience and wisdom in similar cases like mine, he stayed calm and focused. The final negotiation process took more than three months where the insurance attempted to low blow us several times on the settlement amount. Shakespear applied his exceptional negotiation skills by filing two counter offer which at last the insurance company agreed. He also negotiated successfully to reduce the claim from health insurance subrogation lien. In conclusion, I am very pleased with the Law Office of Shakespeare Feyissa in handling my accident case and the final settlement amount I got for my accident was very favorable.

I got rear ended a couple years ago headed to downtown on Rainier Ave. South. I was pretty shook up and my car sustained damage with rear bumper and lights out of alignment and the trunk bent.
