I didn't need to hire Robert, not because I didn't think so, but because he told me I didn't need to. And so far, he's been correct. I've received quite a bit of help from him in the form of legal advice and reassurance without ever being billed. Robert listens extremely well, not just to the legal particulars of my questions, but also, very importantly, to what I am truly seeking in the way of resolution to my issue. He's a very real, very accessible person that has been there for me every time I've called whilst in the midst of legal uncertainty and confusion. If he ever gives me the chance, I will hire him in a second.

Robert represented my sister - she was his very first case. My sister worked for a self insured company who fought tooth and nail not give my sister her entitled early retirement due to an on-the-job injury. Robert fought even harder and was able to get my sister the financial security, (settlement and monthly income) she needed for life. His attention to her case then, as well as throughout the years as changes were needed between L & I and Social Security, has been impressive. We have never had to worry that Robert did not follow through. If it is legal and right, Robert will fight for you and not leave you hanging with 'oh, I forgot to do that'. We highly recommend him.
