I hired Leanne Martinez with Douglas, Drachler, McKee & Gilbrough, LLP to handle my Social Security claim after another advocacy group had totally mishandled my claim that ended in a denial. She promptly started a new claim that was properly filed and was approved upon submission. She then handled the federal appeal, which was sent back to the Judge that denied the original claim. Her professional handling and subject matter knowledge of the claims process showed at the new hearing and I received a favorable decision that was backdated to the original claim. She also spent countless hours ensuring that my daughter, who lives oversees, was able to get her Social Security back payment. This was nearly a year after my favorable judgement. If not for Leanne Martinez my disability claim would have remained in an unfavorable status.
