Chris is the best of the best and he’s given the best service for my case and others that I have referred him to. He really is top notch with communication. Professional and he’s constantly on top of what ever the circumstances are and he’s always been able to handle anything with confidence and that helps ease your stress levels as a client. I couldn’t have asked for better representation.

Admittedly I have no comparison to make as I’ve never been involved with any type of legal issues, but I will say this experience was highly disappointing. After providing a binder full of documentation, photos, X-rays, and more documentation with little next to no contact (unless initiated by me) the waiting game began and continued until today when I received an email informing me they would not handle my case. This was after being told they would, with a full explanation of how things would proceed, the cost breakdown, and an agreement to not have contact in regards to this case with anyone outside of the Puget Law Group. My first contact with Puget Law Group was in August of last year, 2023. All documentation, etc. was done by early December, treatment was completed in October and I was told they needed nothing more from me. That was nearly 9 months ago. Unbelievable at best considering nothing about this situation changed and to be given the most generic excuse is inexcusable.

Chris Kattenhorn of Puget Law Group is the best attorney I’ve ever met. He’ll work hard for you and he’s got an entire team behind him of some of the best lawyers in the country. I was wrongfully arrested and jailed for three days and Chris fought diligently to clear my good name. He got my case dismissed and now I am so grateful and appreciative. It’s been a long road, and a not so easy journey. In the middle of this ordeal I was laid off and couldn’t get hired again because of that charge on my background investigations. Nobody would hire me. Period. Chris got my case dismissed and now I’m confident that my background is once again clear. Just a matter of time until I’m back to my old self. I have never worked with an attorney before but this guy Casey Arbenz has to be the worst lawyer ever. I got arrested for a DUI and I blew a 0.00 and this guy advised me to take a plea deal because I had prescription drugs in my system. All of those drugs were prescribed to me and I took them as prescribed. And he lied and told me I could have the reckless driving charge taken off my record which the DOL said is a straight up LIE . He never looked at my case, he never had any kind of meeting with me with my case open in front of him, he often didn’t return my emails or answer my questions. And now 2 years later I’m informed I have a suspended license because my lawyer NEVER advised me what to do AFTER the court date as well or followed up in any way shape or form. I wasted $1000’s of dollars on this terrible lawyer Casey Arbenz.
