The title almost says it all. Dave guided my spouse and I through our bankruptcy case. It is by no means a stress free process, but along the way I had Dave's guidance and reassurance. Throughout the process, Dave helped me understand what was needed of me, and what to expect. Dave was available when my work hours didn't allow me to reach him during the usual 9-5 time frame. Most of all, Dave treated me with respect. During a process that already doesn't feel the best, his professional manner let me focus on what I could do, rather than feeling helpless.

David Khubat was outstanding in many areas of my already difficult and stressful time. It's hard enough to go through financial hardship and he is compassionate from the start. We had an extremley complicated case. I don't know how he put up with all the crazy situations that occurerd! He was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The only problem we had was the timing of the actual bankruptcy filing, we had not been notified our case had been filed....it caused a significant financial hardship, but he worked hard to remedy the situation for us.

I hired David to do a Chapter 13 for myself and my husband. Part way through my husband and I divorced and decided to sell the house and file Chap 7.
