I have known Sean for several years and I have always been impressed with his professionalism and calm way of approaching solutions. Recently I needed his legal expertise in dealing with a complex property rights issue - an unrecorded easement for the neighbors septic drain field that was some how located with in feet of my front door. Sean carefully worked out a solution with the neighbors (relocating the septic drain field) and he did such a good job that the neighbors and I have been able to maintain a friendship. I came to Sean with a witness and what evidence I could gather to prove my boyfriends innocents ,Sean listened and followed up with the witness and put up such a strong defense that the prosecutor dropped the charges of 4th degree assault and resisting arrest. Sean was a public defender at the time,yet he was not lazy and seemed to actually care about his client who is a Spanish immigrant.

He followed my appeal and made sure that the final decision from the appeals court was reflected by the original court of record. Mr. Taschner is a great attorney with a will that makes you not want to give up. This man will fight for you and for your case when you feel like your voice is not being heard! Mr. Taschner just won my case at the appeal level which is not an easy task, but he did it!
