It is rare to be met with a professional who takes the time to understand your issues without inserting themselves into your struggle. However, that is exactly what I found here. I highly recommend Mr. Conner to anyone looking for a legal powerhouse who will handle your case with compassion.

In my case, Mr. Browne was dismissive of my inquiries, minimized the importance of meeting as well as responding to deadline dates. Mr. Browne played down the importance of the 12 pages of interrogatories/document request I was served with. Additionally, Mr. Browne did not request interrogatories or document retrieval from the filling party. Mr. Browne's apathy resulted in me being responsible for all of the paperwork/document retrieval for our divorce. Mr. Browne did not appraise me on any part of the dissolution process, discovery process or what the court needed. Mr. Browne reassured me we did not need anything because we would present a guardian ad litum. However, Mr. Browne refused to request one and the time to fill out child concern documents through King County Family Court Services had passed. Mr. Browne minimized the importance and the necessity of taking the, "What About the Children" seminar which if you have children is crucial. Even if you do not have children, the seminar booklet is full of important resources. While my situation was quite contentious, Mr. Browne did not request a temporary parenting or child support plan which left me in an uncertain and unstable financial situation for almost a year. Mr. Browne did not request secondary education for my children or have my pension valued. Additionally, Mr. Browne never provided a contract. Unfortunately, 30 days before my deadline date, I was forced to hire another attorney and we ended up going to court which was an extremely unpleasant and a costly. I had a terrible experience but learned a lot. If I were to do it again, I would access all of the excellent online resources, court facilitators, hire an attorney based on client experience (AVVO) instead of a "good deal" or family friend referrals which may end up costing you a lot.
