I trusted Mr. Hawkes. But since he received my payment, he's been uncooperative and even won't share a copy of my estate documents with me. His assistant keeps saying they either don't have them or they need time to find them. When I finally got him on the phone, to my surprise he started yelling at me. Such an attitude is disgraceful. I have since found another attorney and made sure to write "have revoked all previous estate documents" in my new papers so that Mr. Hawkes can't cause trouble for my estate -- and so I won't have to beg for my papers ever again from him and his assistant. Shame on them.

Roger Hawks served my family and me very well in very stressful case. He is honest, no-nonsense, direct and kind. Saved my bacon.

HORRIBLE experience with this law firm. I would NEVER recommend this firm to anyone!! UNRESPONSIVE, ONLY RESPONSIVE to charging hours. NO CALL BACKS, Either they are understaffed, or just don't care.

Based on another lawyer's recommendation, I called Mr. Hawkes to engage his services. While I appreciated his offering of an unvarnished opinion as to the merits of my case, I was only on the phone with him for probably less than 5 minutes, which I wrapped up quickly since he signaled that he was out of time. And no, I wasn't looking for a "freebie"; as a matter of fact, I have decided to proceed with this case and engage a lawyer, but due to his obvious lack of patience and time, said lawyer will not be Mr. Hawkes.

Rude, uncommunicative, never answered my voicemail. Finally replied in an email over a week after I initially contacted him. Was very snarky in his reply. Avoid.

I have found that working with Roger and his experienced, excellent staff is a pleasure for a sometimes not so pleasurable reason!
