Constance represented my son in a custody case after a bad break up, the ex was trying to keep his daughter from him. He was hopeful he could get shared custody but that seemed unlikely knowing the mother is generally favored in WA. Constance focused on the child’s best interest at the hearings, she knew the judges and tailored her arguments to them. In the end, he got shared custody exactly what he asked for and most importantly what was best for the child. I highly recommend her.

I was initially referred to Constance from another lawyer who spoke highly of their firm. Not going to lie, I was a bit apprehensive at first as Constance showed only having practiced for only a few years (compared to others with 10+ years of experience). But I met with Constance and immediately felt comfortable with her. I was able to explain my situation and she understood what I needed and had a strategy of what needed to be done. She was very responsive in replying promptly any time I needed to ask a question, and while most of the time we were able to communicate through email (to help keep costs down), she was easy to schedule a face to face meeting when needed. On the court date she was very confident and professional, and well prepared. She successfully represented me in court and even though it was a trial by affidavit, we won the trial. Bottom line, she did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone that needs an aggressive lawyer that I feel cares about your case and isn't just looking to bill you dry. Even though she may not have a ton of years of experience, don't let that fool you. She is worth every cent. While I hope to not need a lawyer again, if I do, she will be the person I hire.

We used Constance to settle a landlord dispute concerning a deposit being withheld. She worked very efficiently and had things settled within days. Highly recommend!

Constance came in at the last minute and turned around an attempt by my wife's lawyer to blindside me into a non-contested settlement. Rather than liquidating income earning assets, we negotiated for a lifetime retirement fund. It was a good result for both parties. Constance was tireless in her legal research and fact finding. Constance made an uncomfortable situation bearable with her great attitude and office demeanor. I only regret that the case is closed because I miss meeting with Constance.
