He is an amazing lawyer. I was being subject to an article 15 and separation board for a failed UA. I called around to several different lawyers and he was the only lawyer that would even talk to me without charging me anything which helped me realize that he really cared. Once I got to know him with the initial call he was very realistic on the outcome and explained the whole process and the best course of action. Which was a breath of fresh air after talking to several other lawyers. I decided to take him on as my lawyer and fro. Day 1 I knew he was doing everything he could for me and my case. He didn't just care about the case but he cared about me and how the case was effecting me. When it came time for my separation board I was thinking it would be best case if I just got an honorable discharge but the final result was even better they decided that their wasn't enough evidence to prove I did it and that they wanted to retain me in the military. I was overjoyed because that's the result I really wanted all along. Without his help I most likely would have been separated out of the military after 11 years with other than honorable discharge which would have lost a lot of my benefits. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer that's not just going through the motions. He is amazing!

I am an Embedded military mental health provider, in Rota, Spain - in a very arduous and overwhelming role with minimal support and increasing expectations. When it comes to Sean Mangan, the only place I can start off speaking from is how legit he is. You can tell based on how he speaks. He's not one of those lawyers that stumbles over their words with being unsure. He doesn't make promises either but is very upfront about how he feels in which direction your case can go. With that being said, all I can say is look now further. I mean that! I am a spouse who reached out to Sean for help when my husband, who is in the military was in need. Once we told Sean our situation, he was ready to help us. He did all he could. His communication was superb (keep in mind that he still has other cases to work on, so be patient). We had very limited time to get things resolved and guess what? Sean made it all happen. Getting closer to 18 years of service and over an almost 2 year battle dealing with accusations from service members facing ADSEP and losing everything. Having my character being tarnished and questioned over and over again. Mr. Mangan and his team not only provided unmatched experience, dedication, and trust. But they returned faith in a broken judicial system that looked to only punish and not find the truth. They gave me and my family hope in a hopeless situation.
