Mr. Keithly helped my mother and my aunt when dealing with my grandmother's estate. He was very professional and was very good at communicating with them. This was in 2011.

I was under contract to purchase a house (finally! this market has been insane) and the seller decided a week before our closing date to not honor our contact. Their agent wrote my broker an email that they decided to pull the house off the market and were not even going to respond to the appraisal. I got this news ON VALENTINES DAY!!!! With the next day being another holiday. Completely in a panic, I messaged Dan and heard back immediately. He began writing the sellers a demand letter while working with my broker to compile all the contractual evidence in my favor. He was quick, ethical, knew his stuff regarding real-estate. The same day as his demand letter went out, the sellers jumped into action fulfilling their end of the contract. I know without a doubt that if I didn't have Dan in my corner, I would be without a home this week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this lawyer!!!

I am a first-time "for sale by owner" which is a daunting situation. This is a whole new world to navigate and Daniel Hembree has guided me through it with expertise and patience. He's always extremely responsive and has given me sound advice and options that are fair to me, but won't kill the deal. In these types of negotiations things can happen very quickly and Daniel has always been accessible and adaptive to new developments. His rates are fair and he doesn't nickel-and-dime me. Dan has been my attorney for a few years and represented me in an extremely challenging case. He is a thorough and conscientious lawyer. And he's going to evaluate a concern from a variety of perspectives and guide you on a course that will certainly allow you to sleep at night. If you are in a predicament that requires an attorney, it's likely that you are in a contentious situation. This means it's hard and you have to make choices that hurt. Personally, I am the kind of person who wants to feel like I can look myself in the mirror and know I never cheated or lied or played a dirty legal trick to one-up someone else. I strongly advise that you do not hire Daniel Hembree as your lawyer. Daniel Hembree is extremely unresponsive and was unable to resolve my real estate matter after 2 years and me paying his firm $6,000. He rarely answers his phone, replies to voicemail messages and emails. His follow through dragged on for weeks or never was completed. I dismissed Daniel Hembree and hired an alternate attorney who resolved my real estate matter in 6 months.

this attorney is the biggest scam artist slime ball. He took advantage of my family during a very sensitive time dealing with the passing of a loved one. Not only did he drag out the estate for almost a year, he found every possible way to drag it on and cost the kids more money from their inheritance. Who charges about 10k for probate and then at that end remove himself from the case?! I cant even believe this schmuck is still in business, maybe that's why he is almost 80 and still working. Don't use him for service unless you want to get screwed, you will be charged lots of money for horrible service. I'm so disappointed and upset that he could get away with operating how he does. I hope he goes out of business soon and very surprised there are not more bad reviews on here for him. I know my family isn't the only one who was conned and mistreated by this monster of an attorney. Crystal

My husband and I were trying to manage problems involving huge overcharges on the construction of our retirement home. Although we had a contract outlining cost limits, we were billed another $54,000.00 in overages we knew nothing about. We didn't know where to turn for advice, so I went on line looking for attorneys handling construction law. Attorney Dan Hembree answered me within the hour of my e-mailing him - and this was 10:30 ar night! He immediately reassured us by answering many of our questions, even before we could see him. The emotional relief he gave us from the start was wonderful. His approach to handling our situaion was to do the easiest and least expensive things first then bring in the heavier artillary later if needed, He spoke in language we understood and was willing to work fairly with us on the cost. Things have gone well with him in our corner. I told my husband that out of something bad, something even better has happened. We found the help we needed and even more importantly, found a family lawyer we will have for life. We HIGHLY recommend attorney Daniel Hembree!!!! He is there for you when you need him and does an excellent, efficient, honest job.
