What a pleasure it is to work with a competent, energetic, personable, timely, reliable, knowledgable, careful, professional attorney. Mr. Armstrong, Esq. completed documents for Last Will and Testament, Estate Trust, Power of Attorney, Transfer of Deed, Health Care Directive, Community Property Agreement, and other financial arrangements in a prompt and professional manner. Preparation of legal documents entailed knowledge and consultation about international tax liabilities, type of Trust required, advice from an accountant, and arranging a mobile Notary Public. I was a tenant and Keith Armstrong and Andreta were the business owners of record- the Landlord, a business arrangement for 7 years. The duplex I lived in and paid rent in had a broken dishwasher the entire 7 years. Keith would buy used washer and dryers that would break down and smell like mold. He hid in his home when an unhinged tenant was throwing objects at my car and refused to call police as the property owner. I have proof. A tenant and I had a verbal agreement and Andreta and Keith said that if it’s not in writing, it didn’t happen. These are lawyers, have they not heard of Smith Vs Jones? Not very good lawyers and I think I was the wrong color again. They allowed people into the unit without notification and unsupervised.Tenants rights were not followed. Two women stole my property and lied to cover it up. Again, I was the wrong color I believe. Unacceptable. Living in this business arrangement, it was apparent Keith and his wife Andreta, and business associate (no unbiased person by all means) treated others differently based on color. If you were their color, they would communicate, if not their color, they would not. You would do better to go elsewhere for any legal advice. Disregard any reply by him or his business associate, aka. wife Andreta as they twist facts and make unsubstantiated comments to fit their warped narrative. The only “empire” Keith and Andreta care about is their own and they hide behind religion and manipulation. Their business/property at this addres, 841 and 843 174th St S Spanaway, WA 98387 is called "Spanaway Manor Luxury Estate LLC". Was the moldy washing machine the "Luxury" part?
