We are extremely pleased and satisfied with our experience with Evergreen Elder Law. From the initial consult and throughout the Probate process our needs were met. Dealing with an untimely death of my husband's Mother and their estranged relationship added to the discomfort of the situation. We also live out of state for a further complication. I was very happy with the communication and the services we received from Christy and her team and would recommend their services to everyone in need of a sympathic and resourceful office.

Have only had one experience with this law firm and it was a positive one! They took the time to explain everything and the legal matter worked out to my benefit. Friendly and processional! This firm is also very convenient to get to as it is in the Flour Mill with free parking.

Now learning after the death of our grandparent, they didn't properly help us with options when setting up their will and beneficiaries for their assets. We now have to wait an additional 8-12months for probate to simply sell a house that's clearly left to specific descendents. Which means paying taxes, heat, etc. because of their incompetencies. And they charged close to $3,000 just to cookie cutter a basic will that doesn't even help us now. My opinion is it's a tactic to keep charging you more when you come back for more legal services. Honestly just do a will online and research on the internet briefly and you can file paperwork by yourself better. I'm sure the reviews on here have some validity but I'm curious how they only have (29) 5star reviews and if everyone understands how little help they truly got for the price tag.

Please read this if you or someone you know needs Elder Care legal help! My wife and I never expected to provide 24/7 care for our adult daughter, nor were we prepared for the innumerable administrative and legal challenges we faced as we waded through Veterans Administration, Social Security, Medicaid, medical and other legal issues in trying to provide the best of possible outcomes for her. Our emotional pain and lack of preparedness must have shown through to Holland and Jen, as they helped us tackle the most challenging and life-changing decisions we have ever faced, but they did so with understanding and compassion that is missing from so many professional relationships. We are so very thankful for their skill and capability, and they have earned our trust because of the wonderful way we were treated by them. Thank God for them... truly.
