These nice ladies with Evergreen Elder Law came into my Assisted Living Facility yesterday to assist one of my Residents with signing some paperwork and I was very impressed that for one, there were 3 of them and two, they made a home visit to make it easier on this client. These ladies were professional and courteous and are welcome in my building anytime!

I found Holland on line and made an appointment based on the reviews I had read. I can now tell you first hand that all these positive reviews are the truth. My case ended up being more complicated then i originally thought and she was there to find a solution every step of the way. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and with great care. Holland and her staff are friendly, courteous and very professional. Having never done any type of estate planning in the past, i had a discussion with my financial advisor as to what holland's plans were and he said she is right on the money, her solutions in my case were best for everyone and provided the best protection for my family. She genuinely cares and loves what she does for a living and if anyone brings up in conversation estate planning I will be sending them to Holland.

Holland is attentive and knowledgeable. I needed a POA drawn up quickly and she made sure it got done as swift as I needed it. She is also compassionate and made sure my elderly father understood everything he was signing.

A few years ago, my siblings and I were having severe difficulty resolving some serious issues regarding the living situation for our mother who was 90 at the time. Luckily, I found Holland! She handled the situation with compassion, insight, intelligence, and expertise so that the situation was swiftly resolved peacefully and to fully support my mother’s wishes. I appreciate that she consistently held my mother’s safety, well-being, happiness, and wishes as the priority.

There is much more to probate than one thinks...the emotions, the loss, the world stops. I now am understanding why my attorney referred me to Elder Law...they choose to help the suffering as we age. It is important to have someone help me while my dwindling capacities are further affected by my loss, while trying to make important life decisions. We must be careful not to keep trying to be so independent.
