Lack of communication and responsiveness
“Sometimes the response time is a little longer then I like when I leave a voicemail but my questions are always answered and everything is always taken care of and I always get a call back that day or the next (can't call back when she is in court and with other clients)”

Overcharging and questionable billing practices
“She overcharged me every chance she could get. Also, I needed help with another separate case and she actually Cut and Copied the names over to a document she had already created and charged me FULLY for doing all of the work.”

Incompetent and unprofessional staff
“Her assistant never calls back nor informs you as to the status of your case. The assistant seems to be totally inept as to anything having to do with law or even the basics of customer service or professionalism.”
