Just like most of the other reviews on here. I gave him a bunch of money to expunge my record and restore my gun rights and have heard absolutely nothing. I've reached out multiple times, always getting one of his assistants explaining " How they've been out with whatever different personal issue it is at the time, and trying to catch up" or "Joe's in court and will call you back." It has been a non-stop battle for the last 9 months and there's not even a case number filed yet. I have reached out multiple times to get my money back and shocker no response. I have tried calling multiple times and my phone won't even reach them anymore, and none of my emails are getting returned. I wish I didn't have to sit here and bad mouth them. He was a very nice guy, and I really just wanted my case to go as promised. I will gladly edit the review if I can get my case wrapped up. Unfortunately I will be reaching out to the bar association to see how to handle the situation further. I advise anybody else going through the same to do the same.

NEVER HIRE THIS MAN TO GET YOUR RECORD ERASED!! It’s been six months and all he does is lie and say he’s doing it but actually does nothing! Nothing gets filed , he’s always on some out of town mission allowing him no time to work in your favor! Buyer beware he’s a fraud!!

Well it was.back in 2021 hires joe to restore my gun rights well they said my gun rights where eestoed but went to buy gun and was.denied called joe talk to him said he would check it out well now he wont answer my calls and if they do they say they got in a wreck or family emergency every time this been going on for 2yrs now with no results now they dont call me back at all save your money and find a good attorney jaelynn said she would call me and never has return my call its just a big run around

Joe is a pure professional. He was supportive through the whole process. He was forthright in his communication with everything that was going on. Not once were we caught off guard by the procedural nuances of the legal system. He let us know what to expect at every turn which helped ease a lot of stress. When it came to trial, he clearly and methodically laid out the case for the jury. He was able to think quickly on his feet and react appropriately. When able to, he relentlessly poked holes in the prosecutions case while building/bolstering his own.
