Even though Gravis Law was unable to take my case, I felt like I had personal and empathetic communication and service with the client services coordinator that I was blessed to speak with. The interaction with him alone was enough for me to recommend this law firm, even though they couldn't take my case

I had a phone consultation with the attorney Steven last week. I missed the phone consultation due to severe illness that lasted several days. I understand this was my fault, however the situation was out of my control. Once I recovered a bit my husband helped me reschedule, and he was not was not able to do the original consultation due to not having all of the details the lawyer would need. The office rescheduled my phone consultation for today, and the attorney is canceling a few hours before the appointment stating his case load is too heavy. I offered to pay any fees associated with missed appointment when I was ill, and any other fees upfront to secure my my consultation for today, however the they were unable to do that. I just feel that they should have not rescheduled me if they were unable to accommodate me due the missed appointment. I was very ill. It was not a choice to miss the appointment, however it is a huge problem for me to last minute look for new options even though I am willing to cover costs associated with my missed consultation.

Jaonas was very informative and sincere with all the questions we asked of him concerning my mother's care and different avenues of providing and paying for her care along with distribution of annuities, life insurance, and other sources of income. He is truly a blessing.

Jonas was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions regarding Medicaid. Terrible experience on professional refuse to take my case over technicality

First call I made to him, he was able to take our case. Him and Kerry were very helpful during a very stressful situation and case. In time, things went exactly how he said they would for us and our end results are very positive, he made that happen.
