Bianca was awesome! So friendly and easy to talk to. We played phone tag a few times but she never gave up on contacting me and pairing me up with such a great attorney named Jonas. Jonas was not only professional like Bianca, but very polite and knowledgeable about the trust that I needed to set up. I was initially very nervous talking to an attorney but his easy banter put me at ease. He was very thorough and explained all the pros and cons of this type of trust I was interested in. Hired Jason Johnson to handle a false allegation charge. What does he do? Has me take an SOC that stipulates I go to dv treatment for a year. For a false charge???? Jason was scared to go to trial ( saying to me " you never know what a jury can decide " ) as was he in 2 other cases he represented me in. Not to mention signed my child support order without reviewing it with me leaving me paying for expenses I didn't agree to. His ethics are horrible. He has cavalier attitude about stuff that is important in his clients lives

I only had a 30 minute consultation with her but from what we did, I found her extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It pains me to know that I can't have her represent me as the case needs to be in a different state but had I the choice, I would definitely have her represent me immediately!

Jonas Hemenway Attorney (Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate) is amazing and very knowledgeable in the DSHS/Medicaid process as one of his many talents in Elder Law. Jonas answered all of my brother's and I- questions with such compassion and professionalism plus- he is so great to talk with! I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism, client-centered attitude, and level of efficiency I have encountered in my dealings with Gravis Law, and am writing to affirm the individuals who have alleviated many of my concerns and frustrations with my case. Most especially, I would like to affirm David Morris, but also a colleague and lawyer who worked closely with him on my case (my apologies, I was not able to get her name). I am located in Arizona, and while I have tried to seek help from a few local firms on what has been a challenging legal issue, and found myself being dismissed or being told that my type of case wasn’t the type that they normally took on. I am so glad to have made contact with Gravis Law (and Mr. Morris) about my case, because not only did I feel validated in my frustrations from our very first conversation, but I felt heard and sensed a sincerity and genuine willingness to help me, which was quite refreshing and put me at ease. At the time, I was only seeking advice on where to proceed with my case. While I am awaiting updates on the status of my case after following the advice of Mr. Morris and colleagues, I have no hesitations in reaching out to their offices should I need legal representation after all.
