I didnt dislike the place, it's the lack of caring about the people that are possible clients and the fact that although the gentleman I spoke with said my case is winnable, the firm refused to take it on so they get 2 stars. 1 star for looking my case over and another for the cup of coffee I was given while analysis was given as to how who ever I hire, if anybody, could win my case.

I live in Phoenix Arizona and had traveled to Spokane Washington as a first time visitor to the state, to meet my girl friends family over the 2019 Christmas break. Unfortunately, my trip was grossly interrupted when I was arrested and falsely accused for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor or Drugs. I was apprehended and incarcerated for over a 15 hour period after being pulled over and compliant during a routine traffic stop. I was in complete disarray and disbelief, as I was a visitor in this beautiful state and completely unaware of any technicalities within the law and therefore my rights. During my time of incarceration my girlfriends family was able to successfully seek legal counsel from a Mr. Alex Biel on my behalf. Despite this arrest happening in the early morning hours (2:30 am) Mr Biel was responsive, proactive, and completely professional in his dealings with us. He immediately came to the jail and met with me to overview the details and proceedings of this matter. I can honestly say he was the informative, assertive and considerate individual that I needed at that time. He provided me with an abundance of information, options and subsequently the relief and reassurance that everything would be ok and work itself out; according to the facts of this case and the parameters of the law. Even providing me his direct and personal phone number for contact when I was to be released, as I had no access to a phone or finances (as they were left in the vehicle) and didn’t know any Washington St numbers by memory. It is refreshing to know there are such upstanding individuals in Washington St, after the way I was mistreated on multiple fronts, by a multitude of civil workers; comprised of men and women that we employ and finance through our state tax contributions.
