Accusations of racism should, for the most part, be taken seriously. However, far too often the race card is pulled by folks who either shed responsibility for their own actions or subscribe to the thought of always being a victim. I do not know the person who posted the racism post about Pat and the only judgment I can make is based on my experience. I am an African American man, and Pat represented me in a year long case and treated my family and me great. Dawn tolerated my numeroius emails and phone calls (usuahly 3 or 4 a day). She showed tremendouse patience and alwas showed compassion as I navigated the process. The things described in the previous post is FAR from the experience I had with Pat and Dawn. I have referred several people, and I will always use him in the future. Unfortunatly, the internet allows anyone to post anything about anybody- without the burden of providing proof of his or her accusations. Patt Fannin and Dawn White handled my case perfectly and provided nothing but great service to my family and this African American man- I love the way I was treated. THANK YOU PAT AND DAWN!

This Lawyer had my case for over a year then dumped my case... But that's not the worst part .. the insurance company made a offer to settle and he never discussed this with me.. I only found out thru his paralegal that they wanted to settle... I had to get new lawyer and settle the case 10 months later for only a fraction of what the original settlement offer was.... Thanks Pat you really screwed me..... Also if your a minority stay away from this lawyer.....He plays the have and have nots game on what he feels you deserve.... He will catch and kill your case .. I see exactly who and what you are Pat... Stay away from this lawyer... I had to file a complaint against him with the state board

A friend of mine referred me to Pat after my son had been in a serious accident. I had waited on the insurance company for just under a year and they wouldn't even return our calls. Pat handled two seperate large matters for me. The first was a personal injury involving Michigan no-fault law. He handled the matter professionally and i was very satisfied. The 2nd matter involved engineering malpractice. Again Pat handled the matter extremely well. Pat has also provided very valuable business and personal advice over the past 10+ years.

My company hired Pat on a difficult case. A person had caused significant injury to our business. We were not alone. This person had also injured other businesses and people around Spokane and in other states. Several attorneys were trying to get money out of this guy but he was eluding them. Pat earnestly pursued him and ultimately got a 1.7 million dollar judgment against him. He helped us collect too. Pat was professional, honest and pragmatic. He worked hard for us. Pat was incredibly helpful, very methodical and detailed in how he communicates. It made it easy to understand the info we needed. No big words and attorney lingo only they understand. He gave great analogies and weighted the risks with rewards. We ended up deciding it was not in our interest to move forward with an attorney, against Pat's advice, after we actually hired him. I wish we had in hind sight. In the end, he still helped us with the issues that arose when he didn't have to. He showed complete concern and integrity even when he had nothing to gain and it was a minor issue to many. (medical bills that were already paid but they were coming back for more money) To the extent of looking up more case laws and calling us back to go over that info. I would hire him if you are wanting a smart, fair and compassionate attorney. He has proven to me that he is concerned with people and not the money no matter who you are or how big or small the issue(s). That is what made him stand out more than anything. I contacted Pat in a panic a few years back regarding an issue I had with the board of pharmacy. I can't say enough about how much he did not only to investigate every angle to help me but also the fact that HE TRULY CARED not only about the outcome of the case but about me personally. Nearly two years after my case was resolved (successfully I might add as the potential was almost $35,000 in fines and I received a mere $200 fine), I had to contact Pat yet again for the same issue that another board of pharmacy decided to fine me for as well. In pharmacy, state licensure boards have the ability to reciprocate fines and other punishments based on rulings from boards in other states. I contacted Pat and he addressed the issue immediately. He once again did everything in his power to help me. I can't say enough how much he as put my mind at ease of the years and how I truly, truly appreciate all he has done for me.
