Mr. Rowley was recommended to me from another real estate investor so when I needed a legal review on a document he came through for me with no muss, no fuss. We also did it remotely which was an added benefit since I'm in Idaho. The fact that he is also an investor is a plus for me but I also like the easy going style and the fact that he doesn't hold himself above us "little people". He will most certainly be a member of my team. I also love the fact that he answers his own phone!!

We were looking to relocate to the Spokane area from Chicago, and considered building a new house. After Robert looked over the contract with the builder, it was obvious some changes needed to be made. The builder was not willing, so the deal fell through. Thank goodness I contacted Robert - he definitely had our best interest at heart! Will use him again when we finally do relocate!
