I have asked Rob Rowley for help in a variety of legal matters over the past decade. I have found him to always be straight forward, not pulling any punches and detailing clearly the various possible outcomes of the action requested. Rob is an astute student of the law who has shown himself to be knowledgeable in a wide variety of legal and life matters. I have known him to be an honest man, whose life and actions are consistent with a person of character. He has demonstrated a pattern of promptly delivered legal services, with good follow-up at a fair price. I normally don't make recommendations, because I am also faulted if the party doesn't perform as advertised. In Rob's case, I am comfortable referring friends and acquaintances to him without concern that they will be disappointed.

Rob is the man. If you need an eviction he will get it done. We don't use anybody else if we have to process an eviction on our rentals/flips. Why? Rob get's it done.
