Robert has helped my wife and I a few times over the years. He has a way of making complex situations, simple. He gives you options and comes up with a bottom line quickly, not wasting your time or his. Our latest was dealing with him was an estate and probate. We consulted him a few times on sensitive issues and he handled the sale of the property. When it was finally done, we said, “That’s it? That’s all?” …He made probate not something to be feared and it was surprisingly cost effective. I highly recommend him.

I was referred to Robert Rowley by the Landlord Association of Spokane WA as I was having serious problems with a rental house tenant. Robert took the time to answer all of my questions, gave me excellent advice and instructed me on how to resolve the situation. I am very grateful for Robert's help and expertise and because of him, the problem was taken care of at a minimum cost to myself and the drama I was expecting was completely avoided. Robert deserves all these positive reviews he's received on Google. I had a property title issue that I assumed would take several months and cost me a small fortune. I know that some cases will be like that no matter whom you hire, but Robert promptly returned my initial call, gathered the info he needed, and resolved my issue very quickly.
