Called and left a message. No reply. Called again and spoke with him. Basically refused to consider any of my questions without being paid and when I tried to outline the nature of my basic question, he interrupted before I could finish and said I don't do that kind of work. Edit: regarding Robert Rowley's response. If he had spent as much time listening to me on the phone as he did composing his response to this review, then I wouldn't have written it. For context, I called another real estate lawyer (not a family lawyer) immediately after speaking with Robert Rowley and this gentleman spent 15 minutes on the phone with me listening to my situation and offering insights. I will be working with this other lawyer.

I have found Rob to be fair, consistent, and very knowledgeable in real estate as well as contract law. Ever willing to help solve any real estate challenge. On top of such great service, Rob regulatory gives back to his community through free educational seminars. After 40 years of real estate involvement, its been very refreshing working with Mr. Rowley. Thank you!

We have consulted with Mr. Rowley on two different, very convoluted scenarios. I appreciate his straight forward advise and guidance. I met Robert a few months ago at a Landlord Association seminar he was conducting. I was impressed with how thorough he was when it came to proper preparation of the eviction process. Rob helped me handle a recent eviction. Everything went off without an issue and I am grateful for that. This can be a very stressful situation to deal with and I am glad with my decision to work with him.

I live out of the area and contacted him with a landlord tenant issue in his local area. I found his listing online with a "free consultations" right under his name. I tried to explain the issue and he interrupted to tell me he doesn't do phone consultations and that he assumed I had a quick question. If I could have made and appointment and come to the office I would have. I wasn't asking for a freebie and would have paid him for his time if he simply would have heard me out. Don't advertise free consultations if you don't do them, it's false advertising and as a lawyer he of all people should know that isn't right
