After making initial contact with Rob Rowly via his website, I heard back in a matter of hours, and he made himself available to meet with me very quickly. He answered all of my preliminary questions about getting into real estate, asset protection, and landlord-tenant law. At the end, he left me with a few free or low-cost resources to assist me in my pursuits. So far, I am very pleased!

After doing okay business with him for years. He took on a new matter knowing exactly what I was asking for including filing a complaint. He ran up a bill for $900 (which was paid) to essentially make a demand letter and then waited almost a month after I instructed him to file the complaint to tell me he wasn't going to do the work. Might be time to actually retire Rob.

Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable with my real estate and living will questions and needs. He advised me on an LLC for my existing rental and directed me to a lender for my next real estate investment. He has quoted me on a will with a health care directive, disposition of remains, power of attorney, and community agreement and it is the best quote I've received. He is good at what he does and I highly recommend him.
