Would rate zero is possible. Rudely hung up on me without even offering to answer my question did not even ask if I was a landlord. I guess he assumed I was a tenant when I asked if he could answer a question about tenant law. Website mentions free consultations but I guess that is not true. Would not recommend his service to anyone.

I called for a consultation and was treated rudely on the phone by him. He didn't have any patience for my ignorance about business law and taxes. If you are new and starting a business I do not recommend.

Rude on the phone. Couldn't finish my sentence before saying "sorry I can't help you have a good day" and hung up. No help or advice or even a reference for who can help.
Edit: after reading other reviews I guess this is a common issue. And has a attitude of "I don't provide free services." You can't know if you can help someone if you don't know what's going on and this guy won't give you the time of day it sounds like.
