I am on the opposing side, helping a friend who is being sued for debt collection by a client of Mr. Williams. He was extremely professional and kind with me, even though I was downright rude to him (for which I am very embarrassed). I would recommend him highly. When I finally gave him the chance, he politely explained the rationale behind his actions, which I really appreciate.
