I expected this process to take a very long time due to the nature of my case and illnesses. Evan marken has made this as easy as possible and I’ve been approved after about a year and a half after applying. I’m very relieved and thankful. I highly recommend having him as your lawyer

Did not have a good experience with Evan Marken. He basically told me there was no chance of winning my case. He didn't explain to me in detail why he came to this conclusion. I even gave him new information I obtained from my worker and he didn't care. I got no help what so ever from this firm and I definitely don't recommend. Find someone who cares

I won my disability claim with Marken Law Group.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. He went through everything that was going to happened so that there was no surprises. the proses took a while but that wasn't his fault, just a over whelmed system. At the end it took 3 years but I received my full back pay and It was very nice not having the stress of having to come up with the money to pay him right away. Win or no money owed was very nice. I highly recommend Marken Law Group for your disability calms.

Evan is an awsome disability Attorney. At the first visit, he told me what he could do for me, and what to expect. He’s always been prompt at returning my calls, and helping with any questions I might have had. I had a minimal amount of paperwork that I actually had to do, and Evan guided me through it. I felt like the settlement time was good , and I attribute that to having good representation… there’s an old saying about being your own attorney, lol and in really glad I selected an attorney with experience.
