The attorney was very rude and no one ever answers the phone when you call.

I called Russell and Hill immediately after my accident and they got right onto my case and Ryan and Jeff were absolutely amazing and they kept me informed about my case every other day and if I had a question they would respond to it immediately. They worked so hard and I'll be forever grateful on how they worked so hard for me and got me a nice big settlement...I would use them again if the occasion ever happened again...but I would highly recommend them to my friends and family if they were ever in need of amazing, professional, courteous, availability, and quick results from an accident...
