Gina has drawn me to her since the day I saw her in the court room working on other cases not mine. At that time I wanted to talk to her about my situation but didn't because IBM super shy person. The day I figured out I needed a lawyer Gina was my first call. Walking into her office I was so surprise to see her as this was truly meant to be myb lawyer. Since that day Gina as offered on so much guidance on how to finally finish this awful parenting plan and also help win full custody of my kids as this is a very hurtful case being my ex is a substance abuser. She has helped guided me and protect my kids. Thank you Gina for always being by my side your the best.

1 year ago I had almost given up hope of seeing my two kids more than 1 week a month.My kids were in Spokane and I was fighting my case from Boise Idaho.Every other attorney that I had talked to, had told me that there was no way that I would get them.I was told that the only way I would have a chance of getting them more, is if I moved to Spokane.I contacted Gina and explained to her my situation and asked her for her help.Gina told me that she would take me on and help me get my kids back from my ex wife.12 months later, here I am I have full custody of my kids and still reside in Boise Idaho.After everyone else said it could not be done, she said it could and we WON!!!

I have worked with many other local Spokane family law attorney's and I can tell you Gina and her staff are the BEST of Spokane. I have had too many law offices to name that do not ever return a phone call or email, I would receive lack of communication, but not at Gina's office. If I emailed Gina or her staff they return that email in a timely manor with answers. I had a child support modification with a tough argument of why my child's father should have to pay something toward her drivers education, WE GOT IT! My ex decided to serve me with paperwork on a Friday at close of business to go back on a verbal agreement we had over custody of our three children. Me living out of town made it rather interesting and since I only had a couple days to get things together I did some quick research and found Gina Costello and decided to hire her. I'm glad I did because we had to attend an emergency hearing by the following Wednesday and Gina came to the rescue. We have another hearing since that one and it turned out in my favor again. My ex and her lawyer are using every avenue to continue this case and Gina will be representing me yet again in October 2016.

I hired Gina to do a really complicated custody case. Let me start out by saying the reason why I hired Gina, I had been trying to do this case on my own. Everytime I went into the court room I saw Gina in action with her other clients. I told my husband that I wish I could have her as my attorney. Gina even helped me before I hired her. She would tell me little things I could do because she saw I was doing it by myself. When I finally hired Gina she worked so hard for me, she went above and beyond what a normal attorney would do. Gina actually cares about her clients. I can't say enough about her. To make a long story short I won custody of my daughter and I know it would not have happened if it wasn't for Gina.

Gina handled the third party custody of my son, although I was on the other side of this and opposing to her client, she was considerate and thoughtful. It was the worst day of my life in one respect and the best day. I still get to be part of his life, he is well taken care of and my grandmother has custody. What was clear to me, was she really was working in the best interest of my son, she was knowledgeable and considerate. Although she represented my grandmother, had her best interest at heart, she was a professional with compassion towards me. With that said, Thank you Gina, my family is doing great, I am clean and sober, I have a great relationship with my son and see him all the time. This could have torn my family apart and instead was a saving grace. Think of you often with gratitude.
