Gina costello passed of the judge didn't respond to the oppossing attorney getting held in contempt. She then missed the date to hand in the witness list then withdrew from the case and took the money and had the nerve to say we owed her money.

AVOID!! I know some one who used gina in a family law case. All she did was take 3,000 dollars, piss off the judge multiple times (which is a big no no any attorney knows this). The party tried to fire her. She refused to allow them to fire her and then she set a date for trial on the case...a day later she filed a notice of withdrawal to the courts. Seems like she did that out of anger. That is against code of ethics in the WSBA. She will be reported there too. AVOID AVOID!!! DANGER DANGER!!!

Gina and her staff were very helpful in the darkest time in my life , their compassion and under standing was second to none, I would highly recommend Gina because of her knowledge and professionalism about the law.
