Stopped in to renew my card this morning The building is huge with high ceilings, but it seems that the floor display of books is rather small.

Patrick is a complete a complete let down. So unprofessional late on appointments. Took forever to email me back. And when he did it was a complete slap to my face! So depressed and disappointed! Not only have I lost everything after the gray fire but now this. Can Justice ever be served! After he saw this I am sure he withdrew.
