I have been turned down and discriminated against in the past by lawyers who shall not be mentioned and took a chance with Gustad Law Group and have met some of the most non judgemental,caring,understanding,and professionial people and lawyer Paul Gustad is the greatest lawyer to do it in the state of washington and in general is in for your best interest and wants to help you succeed in life first with money being 2nd highly recommend to anyone in need of a lawyer and team that is as caring,profesional,and with quick response times as much as they do you won't regret it 10/10 would recommend!

I started a claim for SSDI for my brother who is a disabled veteran. He was denied twice in a 2-year period before I sought help from Gustad Law Group. John-Paul Gustad explained the complexity of my brothers’ case, answered all my questions, emails etc. and that was even before we hired him. I am so unbelievably happy that he accepted this case. The odds were not in our favor, but John-Paul walked us through the process every step of the way. WE WON!!! Knowing my brother was going to get assistance was a huge relief to my family! Filing bankruptcy is humbling, to say the least. Thank God I found Jason. I met with a few other well-known attorneys in Spokane and they all gave me "please cough up a big fraction of what you already owe to pay for this" and "do you realize what you have done and what a chapter 7 will do to your life????" vibes, which made me very uncomfortable because I knew I had a very easy, uncomplicated case. Jason made me feel sane. Talking to him was like talking to a friend about the mistakes I had made in my past. He was not quite "let me hold your hand through the whole process" but more so "hey you messed up, you're young, life happens, but we can totally fix this." Most people cringe at the thought of filing bankruptcy and most people who hear you say "I filed bankruptcy" immediately see red flags, but this experience has given me a decade of wisdom. I have learned my lesson. My bankruptcy was discharged March 2020 - the ball chained to my leg has been broken free. To my surprise, my credit score even went up a hundred points (again this was MY case, I'm not saying this will happen to everyone.) I'm living a life today that I didn't even think possible when I was drowning in minimum payments, interest and guilt. I owe a huge portion of my gratitude to Jason and his family. Thank y'all for being real with me and helping me find my freedom.

After two failed attempts at applying for SSDI on my own, I hired Mr. Gustad to represent me at my hearing. He was very thorough, explained the process in detail, and helped me gather the correct medical records & information needed to win my case. I had court today and was finally approved.
