The case that I had was a difficult and unfortunate one for any parent to have to go through. It was a continual roller coaster of emotions as a parent, and Jacob was empathetic the entire way with no judgment. There were multiple twists and turns along the way and he was able to be a creative flexible thinker throughout. Jacob was very responsive and efficient with his time and mine. The conversations were very candid and he ensured I understood all possible outcomes so nothing would be of surprise. In the end, the case went in my favor and he made sure it was buttoned up neat and tight. I would recommend Jacob and his team to any individual seeking counsel in family matters!

Hiring Jacob Allen as my attorney for my recent divorce and child custody case was the best decision I could have made. He was prompt and encouraging every step of the way. I used Jacob during a divorce. I found him unprepared at mitigation and an extremely poor representative. He was argumentative when I questioned his work and I ended up paying him to prepare documents that my ex wife’s attorney had already prepared. You would be best served to find an attorney who is more professional and prepared.

This is for Jacob Allen. $12,000 and all I got was my name on the birth certificate on the child. I found the mother, he charged me for “attempting” to find the mother but came up with absolutely nothing after weeks. They pad their bills, they don’t respond and they complain about getting paid even though I somehow still have $200 left on my retainer. Weird, just another scumbag lawyer. If anyone would like to discuss my experience with them I would be happy to. To Jacob, I doubt you'll read this as you only care about money. But all I wanted was the chance to be a father to my daughter I had found out was mine. You made it very clear since the mother had disappeared on drugs that it was an open and closed case. You dragged out and depleted my money to no avail. Even charged me after weeks when I eventually found the mother on the streets, and you had spent a large sum of money using your "ears on the street" to find her. You constantly changed your story about cost and outcome, and even became infuriated when I tried to hold you to your word. I told you I was active duty military, and was giving you every spare dime I had to try and offer my daughter a better life away from a drug addicted mother. You only saw dollar signs. I'm not sure why you got into the profession of family law as I would hope for most it would be to help families through tough times. You have completely lost touch if so, and made it very clear that each client is a dollar sign and do not care about the outcome. I believe once you know a case is difficult and will not turn out well that you draw it out until the client cannot afford it anymore and file a notice to withdraw, therefore not being a loss but placing the burden on the client that trusted you as a professional. You are the lowest form of life on this planet, and I hope you understand that every night when you try to sleep.
