Timothy Note was an exemplary lawyer. He was extremely attentive when I laid out the case for him and asked clarifying questions to make sure he understood. He carefully and diligently laid out for me my different options and was helpful in explaining things that I did not understand from the legal world. After our initial consultation I was convinced of his sincerity in pursuing the truth and in helping me be as successful as possible with the given circumstances. In all of our follow-up meetings he patiently and clearly helped me through the litigation process. He also would get back to me as he said he would when he was doing followup with other legal entities. Brendan Kidd did a great job with me and my case. I was pretty shook up after i got arrested and charged with dui. He calmed me down, walked me through the steps I needed to complete and got my charge reduced to Neg Driving 1, A much more favorable outcome. Dont go against the system alone. Its worth the fee just to know hes on top of everything logistics wise and the feeling of knowing your not alone.

I was staring down some pretty hefty charges, having not experienced anything like this before. I called Tims office the morning of my court date and immediately had someone to go with me to see the judge. Tim was always easy to get a hold of anytime I had a question about anything having to do with my case. He got two of the three charges dropped complete and the one that stuck got reduced to a lesser crime. Tim was professional, friendly, and was always there for me during a very difficult time. He stuck to his word and his contract for a payment plan and didn't surprise me with any extra fees at the end of my case. Tim was amazing and went above and beyond. My case had several pieces to it and he helped me get back what was important to my family and myself.
