We were looking for an attorney to help with an adoption. I found Mark on Google and gave him a call. I can say I do not regret it. They were so nice, responded fast, they were caring, on top of things, and they made the process stress free which was amazing. I would highly recommend them.

The adult adoption process with Mark and Sarah (paralegal) was very quick and efficient. They are very responsive to messages and thorough with instructions. The whole process was complete in just a couple of weeks. My daughter and I are thrilled. I can’t recommend them high enough.

Mark Iverson is amazing. We started our adoption journey in February and adopted our son in June. Thanks to Mark and his team everything really did go smoothly. Wow, what a scary experience adoption can be. Mark and Sarah Iverson made things so easy on us. We got matched in late October and by end of January we were bringing our baby girl home. Adoption and Surrogacy Services got all the paperwork for two states done quickly and efficiently. They were available nights and weekends if needed and gave great advice as they lead us through this awesome time in our life. Thank you both for everything.

Wasn't sure what to expect. Mark and his team made the adoption process very enjoyable. We contacted his office after a family friend spoke very highly of him. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for an adoption attorney.

Myself and children went through a very bad domestic violence situation with my ex-husband and after over two years of court proceedings, it is finally over. My ex signed over his parental rights voluntarily and the man that has been raising my kids for the past two years chose to adopt them. The kids and I had been through a lot with my ex and having John (my fiancé) was everything they ever needed in a father and friend. They never received that kind of love or care from their biological father and it was truly a blessing that things worked out like they did. Mark and Sarah were so helpful and caring during this process. They did have to deal with a very "difficult" and volatile opposing attorney but did so professionally. This adoption process took longer than expected for several reasons, especially since my children are enrolled Native American. We are so thankful to Mark and Sarah for all the times they went above and beyond for our family. It was so great meeting them in person at the courthouse after having retained them nearly a year prior! I would highly recommend Mark Iverson and really want to commend Sarah Iverson for her professionalism and courteousness during the adoption process.

Mark Iverson and his associates were so helpful in the adoption of our son. We could not be more impressed with their assistance from day one until the adoption was finalized. His associates were at the hospital the day after the birth to help us gain guardianship. From there, the group was communicative and guided us until the legal process was completed. Most impressively, Mr. Iverson and his group were able to finalize our adoption during the pandemic and actually got us in with the judge much quicker than we expected. Mr. Iverson made the entire adoption process so smooth and easy. From start to finish it took 3 1/2 months. He answered all my questions, and thought of things I didn’t. He also made adoption day so special for Izaak. He is a fabulous person, and a very experienced and capable attorney, and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Adopting your own grandchildren could really only happen in situations that are emotionally wrenching. Ours were placed with us 2 1/2 years ago in what we had hoped for their sake and the sake of our whole family, would be a temporary situation. When it became apparent that it wouldn't be possible for them to be returned to their biological mother, our own daughter, we went to Mr. Iverson and his staff for help. Throughout the process, they were extremely kind and supportive, providing guidance and patiently answering all of our questions through the entire process. Today, we are a forever family, and with our extended crew of family and friends, are overjoyed to have established permanence for these amazing kids in a safe and loving environment.
