Terry answers and routes people needing help to the right legal and other resources competently. Even though she communicates in a Yankee dialect that reminds me of someone from the Northeast. She might be a local, who knows.

Kirk is fantastic. He was able to take my case weeks after I should have hired him, and when I was facing a court hearing. He negotiated a settlement for the exact amount he told me he would get. Do not hesitate to use him if you have a consumer issue in WA state.

I messaged and sent the information he asked for regarding a case I need help with and haven't heard back from his office since...if they can't help it would be nice to at least get a call saying there isn't anything they can do

Unprofessional and unresponsive to initial inquiries. We were told by office staff we’d get a call back by EOD on 2 separate occasions. We’ve never received a call back.
We understand it’s the holiday season but courts don’t stop working for the month of December. Be professional and return calls.
