RJ was very competent regarding what possibilities and outcomes my case had to offer. He knew what to accept and what not to put up with. As I'm not an attorney, he made me feel knowledgeable about my case without me feeling like a blithering dolt. RJ was really hard working throughout and was responsive to all communication.
