A family member used this law practice- took over two years to close a very straightforward, simple will. The bill included charges for ‘case review’ - was this because the law firm hadn’t touched the case in over nine months? When my family member called about the status, she was was told she was interfering with the paralegal’s work and that it would take longer and she would have to pay for the phone call. I cannot in good conscience recommend this law practice.

Mr. Spencer went above and beyond to guide us in our title transfer. A very reliable attorney who is ethical and professional in his approach while being a bit flexible. Given his time is valuable, however he didn't hesitate to provide different angles of information for us to be able to think through. We are lucky to have had him represent us.

Stellar service from Jodi is always received. She is thorough in providing the strongest contracts for 2nd parent adoption and known donors. Best of all you leave feeling like you have a friend for life, and someone who will be a champion for your family. We have been eager to recommend her to friends and family, and in turn they too always have the strongest accolades to share. I highly reccomend.

Our attorney, Brett Sullivan, helped us win our property legal issues at our primary residence. By diligent review of Brett he found that the easement that was our legal issue, was not correctly created from day one. Our timing was difficult, but do realize we were having to work through this during Covid. We are greatly thankful that Brett Sullivan won our case, eliminating the easement. Thank you!

Jodi helped my wife legally adopt our daughter. Jodi made the process smooth and simple, and we are so, so glad that she helped us with the adoption! Going into it we were concerned with how many moving pieces it takes for an adoption, and Jodi made sure it was a simple process for us. Not only was her service affordable, her timeliness and support was well, well worth it. We had a very unique situation and we thought it would be a stressful process with lots of hoops to jump through, and Jodi walked us through the process in a simple and straight-forward way. We cannot recommend her enough and are so, so very blessed to have her help us with the adoption!

I contracted Spencer to write a letter for a static fee. He did write the letter, Albeit 3 weeks late, however he charged me more for a phone conversation related to the letter. I told him my position and didn’t hear back (invoice or otherwise) until nine months later when I received a threatening message to pay or I would be turned into collections. After not receiving any invoices, I felt it was very unprofessional. I asked for proof of the conversation, which he provided, but found the invoice amount to be in excess of the length of the conversation. When asked, I was met with, too bad, I could have charged more.

Jodi was phenomenal throughout our entire adoption process. There were several times we had questions for Jodi and she was always made us a priority and was quick to respond. We had a lot of negotiating back and forth with our open adoption agreement, but Jodi made it work for all parties and even worked off hours to make it happen. She truly went the extra mile. She is experienced, professional, and personable. I am so thankful for the role she played in our lives.
