ELG law firm recently did my and my husband’s wills/trusts and we could not be more pleased with the quality of the work that was done for us. All our (many) questions were answered, and the very complicated topic was made as clear as possible for us. We are confident that the legal documents that were created for our unique family situation are personalized and that there are no loose ends. ELG truly understands what is needed to make a difficult process as smooth and understandable as possible for potential heirs, which is a priority for us. Two of our adult children have disabilities and extra care is needed when planning for them. It’s also a relief to know that should anything happen to my husband and myself, our children can seek legal guidance from ELG. I had the unpleasant medical situation with my family members with witch I had the reality check of having to deal with Medicaid in the near future. The team at ELG Estate Planning provided me the means by which my mother and father will not have to loose all their assets, and my family will be able to keep property that has been in our family since the late 1800's.
