Mark and Julie are amazing! Best family law firm in Spokane. They not only make you feel like you are there number one priority in their firm, but they are very reasonably priced, and financially take care of clients. Mark is very knowledge and does his homework. In my case I had the opportunity to watch him handle a case in court right before mine. As soon as he started, I knew I had made the right decision. He was so well prepared, professional, and ready to get the job done. It’s odd to me that I am seeing 1 star reviews.... I hired Jillian Miller at Twyford Law Office from January 2020 until June 2023. Jillian and the entire staff at Twyford were absolutely incredible. I have dealt with several different offices over the past 12-13 yrs and Twyford was by far the best I've worked with. Not even close. My case was extensive and at times, in my opinion, incredibly exhausting and frustrating due to the other party and their representation. Jillian was always professional and always kept me on track, even if it meant telling me what you are asking for or stating is WRONG and will not help you. She would also communicate during non office hours when it was necessary. I never, ever felt sidelined or ignored. This is the kind of attorney you will get with Jillian or Mark Cassell as well. Mark was also a part of my case and was a "give it to you straight" and very professional attorney. The front office staff was also very professional and always pleasant on the phone and in person. I hired them to help me recover from a very bad place a previous attorney had landed me in. They were champions for me and worked very hard to make certain I came out ok. The team is absolutely pleasant, professional and responsive and I appreciate them all. Had I hired this team at the beginning of my case I have no doubt I would never have been put in such a difficult position. They made the best of it, fought hard and did a great job.

Went to 4 DUI lawyers before I found Julie. Every court mandated agency I've gone to for my DUI say her team is very honest and the best at getting gets results. She worked hard to get me special treatment the entire way! And the support doesn't stop at the not-guilty verdict. She knows the judges personally. Julie used to work beside the judges back when they first started as attournies! She has built rapport with the justice community after 35 years of defending with all her heart. After a two year long trial process, observing the other attourneys and the state staff, I'm convinced. She is truly the best in the area at trials and getting deals with the prosecuting attourney. Julie Twyford is a top rate choice!

I had been dealing with a messy divorce and restraining orders that were not needed. I had dealt with the case on my own for 2.5 years with no positive outcome. I finally contacted this office and got in touch with Mark who did a consultation over the phone due to COVID. Mark (and the office) were very professional and let me know that it was probably time to hire some help in my case (due to 2.5 years of backstory and information needed). Everything I did was through email and phone calls. Mark represented me in court while I was able to do my case over the phone. The whole process was easy and I had all my questions and worries answered. I won the case with Mark and his office on my side.
