My father and his wife did their trust through Richard Perednia. I have been working to finalize his estate. I fedexed all documents and was told it would be a week and a half until he could get to it. Called today and he told me 2 additional weeks at least. When I stated he told he 1.5 weeks 2 weeks ago, he stated I'm swamped, you can pay an accountant to do this and I can send everything back. If you can't handle your business, perhaps you should retire.

Richard and Jessica are amazing. I worked alongside them to close a real estate transaction. They were both very responsive, detailed, and professional. Richard met our buyer to sign loan documents on a Sunday to accommodate his schedule as a wildland firefighter who had very little time during the summer. He also took time to explain each document, which is not always common unfortunately. They displayed excellent team work and genuine care for their clients. Thank you for your great service!

AN AMAZING WOMEN!!! Mrs. Mcbride isn't even my lawyer. My husband retained her years ago to do his bankruptcy and he loved her so I thought I'd ask for her help. I ended up paying $1200 to a company for what I thought was a legit debt from years ago, but after I paid and shock wore off things didn't add up. Because of the Microsoft thing I wasn't able to get any help to see if I was in fact scammed or not. I called Mrs. McBrides office this morning, told her receptionist my ordeal. She did state how busy Mrs. Mcbride was but that she would pass this along. THIS AMAZING WOMEN CALLED ME IN LESS THAN 30 MINTUTES let me explain and looked into and told me YES CANCEL it was a scam. Told me what to do and say to handle it. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. she DID NOT have to do that for me, especially because I have never met her. I'll tell you what though, she is without a doubt who I will hire if I ever do need her services. People like this are rare nowadays and I could cry how relieved I am for her help. She seems competent but let me tell you she is very short tempered and can be very rude. She insists I drive 20 miles round trip to sign something she could mail to me but as she said “stamps are expensive” obviously she thinks it is better that I spend for gas money! It shows that she is ready to retire.
