I called all over Spokane to try and find someone to help me with my case. Every other firm said they could not help and it was not possible to get what I was looking for. I finely got a hold of Mark Cassell. He was more than willing to help and assist me. Not only he do everything I wanted he was always there. I am now in a great place in my life and I have this firm to thank for it. I am not much of a review person but I had to let everyone know how great he is. This has not been an easy road but could not dream it being without his help!! Thank you Mark Cassell for all your hard work.

Very understanding of my situation and at returning phone calls !

I was arrested on a crazy, made up charge. Spoke with several attorneys prior to this office, who all read the police report, laughed and asked if it was a joke. Hired Twyford Law fully expecting to have my case won, since the prosecution had no case, no witnesses, and there were statements, even a notarized one from the accuser saying it was all a lie. I guess rather than hand the prosecutor a loss they got the " best deal they could" which cost me my career, house, and my faith in the justice system.

Extremely poor communication and horrible customer service from the ladies front desk. Last place to think of if you're looking for legal help. Can't contemplate why they're still alive in legal business.

For a reasonable flat free, Twyford did more than expected and resolved my case in a favorable way.

I worked with both Jim and Jenna, and they made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be considering the circumstances. The staff here are great and easy to work with!

I used Rhylee Smith as my attorney and she did a horrible job. She is very good at playing the game. She acts like she cares when she made money off me for doing nothing. Found out through my ex that she is friends with my ex husband's attorney and when I brought it up she was acting like it was nothing when sorry that is a conflict of interest. I fired her because I didn't believe she did good on her part at all. Especially when I told her everything I went through she said by word of mouth I had no evidence but when I talked to a new attorney and other friends who went through similar divorces they all told me I should of gone to court and had a very good case. Did I want the divorce over yes and does court cost money yes and she even told me it would cost so it wasn't worth it but knowing I had a real case and I felt she stole my money yeah not a good feeling and I filed my divorce almost 2 years ago and I almost didn't want to write this report because I don't actually like writing bad reviews but I don't want someone to go through what I went through.
