This is a very disrespectful law firm, they are very sloppy with their paperwork, emailing the wrong documents to the improper clients, poor response times, problems with payment, and their staff (sierra is the problem employee I spoke with) is grossly incompetent. If you’re looking for a helpful law firm LOOK ELSEWHERE

Dewey Cheatem and Howe… Worst law firm in the country not just the state. Convinced me to accept a deal (for significantly less than they had originally advised I settle for and well below their “do not accept less than” prep talk) in mediation assuring me I would not be billed further and opposing attorney would handle all closing paperwork. Hen billed me again saying he didn’t do it right, then when I objected and reminded them of what was said, they doubled the bill and sent it again. ANYONE BUT THIS LAW FIRM, I was warned about them but unfortunately was too far in to back out and hire someone else. Any time I confronted them about anything they just threaten to withdraw and keep your money.

Don’t recommend just collected my information saying will call back called back in a 5 days and said that they are busy and would not be available.

An outstanding team to work with! They are incredibly responsive. The staff is not only professional but also genuinely friendly, making every interaction pleasant. Highly recommend their services!

Extremely unprofessional. In my OPPINION she uses bullying tactics. Used a lot of foul language, wasn't dressed or groomed in a professional manner at all. Wasn't someone I would recommend by any means.

I hired Jillian Miller at Twyford Law Office from January 2020 until June 2023. Jillian and the entire staff at Twyford were absolutely incredible. I have dealt with several different offices over the past 12-13 yrs and Twyford was by far the best I've worked with. Not even close. My case was extensive and at times, in my opinion, incredibly exhausting and frustrating due to the other party and their representation. Jillian was always professional and always kept me on track, even if it meant telling me what you are asking for or stating is WRONG and will not help you. She would also communicate during non office hours when it was necessary. I never, ever felt sidelined or ignored. This is the kind of attorney you will get with Jillian or Mark Cassell as well. Mark was also a part of my case and was a "give it to you straight" and very professional attorney. The front office staff was also very professional and always pleasant on the phone and in person. Always. If you are looking for quality professionalism and a very knowledgeable and aggressive counsel for family law, I HIGHLY recommend both Jillian Miller and Mark Cassell at Twyford Law Office.

I am writing a review in regards to Mark Cassell. Mr. Cassell represented me while he was attending college at DU. My verdict off not guilty was due to a superior effort by Mr. Cassell and his partner. Mr. Cassell personally secured a copy of a video which gave significant impact on the jury. As well were well prepared in citing past cases during the trial, cross examining witnesses and overall trial procedures. I was also given great advice during my time with Mr. Cassell It is my opinion that Mr. Cassell did an excellent job in representing me a few years ago and would highly recommend him as he showed great effort and intelligence in the handling of my case.
