Great people

This guy was incredibly unprofessional. He began by asking my age and then asking if I get menopausal, moody... like his wife (he also used a few swear words to describe his wife). He was extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending and arrogant. He kept talking about himself and how good he was, then would ask me a question about my case, then interrupt me mid sentence and begin talking about himself again. His conversation was incoherent, random, and uninformed. Finally, when he began outright criticizing me I just hung up on him. I would never trust him to work for me.

He overcharged, charged for phone calls about his dating life and did not have organized trial notebooks. He talked bad about all of his old clients as well. I heard all kinds of stuff I probably should not have.

Hired him for my moldy house. Overcharged me and charged me for work he didn't do. Very unprofessional and unreliable attorney. He likes to talk about himself and is very egotistic. He even asked my wife out too. I ended up firing this attorney and found someone much better & professional who got the job done in less time.

I hired Kelly back in 2008 to help me in a personal injury/ construction defect case. The contractor and his insurance company refused to cover any part of my claim. It took over 18 months to get my day in court and Kelly won a unanimous decision by a 3 Judge panel. I could not have hired a better trial attorney! My family and I are forever grateful for Kelly's un-selfish efforts.

Kelly Vance represented our family in a mold case and won one of the first personal injury mold verdicts in the country against ridiculous odds. He fought for our children's rights with passion and went far above and beyond the call of duty. He more than earned every penny we paid him. He informed us of the "ethics" issue fully and completely, which involved a miscommunication that he failed to properly document. Based on my knowledge, he would probably have ultimately been vindicated but felt the time spent to continue fighting the complaint was taking too much time away from his clients. Kelly is a bulldog with a huge heart. If your case is winnable, he will do so.
