Recently, my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Heather Raddatz at the Moulton Law Office in Spokane Valley, to create a living trust. Heather was very helpful with helping us understand how the living trust works and the steps we need to take to get it completed. She was very patient in answering all our questions. Best of all, we were encouraged to call/e-mail her anytime we have questions in the future.

Thought it was valuable information. Possibly a little long for most people. Started to lose interest.

You all treated me rudely on the phone several times. Don't try to act like it didn't happen. Maybe you all should show some kindness when talking to people on the phone. I was treated awkwardly and rudely every time I called there during the hardest time of my life. I'm the one that told my dad to use your office in the first place. I will never regret anything more. I will say this was the quickest response I've ever gotten from anyone at that office. This obviously shows who you're concerned with. You answered a one star review in less than 24 hrs. I suggest you work on that with your clients. Good day!
