My husband and I recently decided we needed to update our Last Will & Testament and attended a free seminar dinner hosted by Moulton Law Offices. It was SOOO informative and eye-opening, and there was so much we didn't know about Probate and the overall process - that having just a Last Will & Testament is just not enough! We discovered that we needed to do so much more to protect our children and grand-children's inheritance after we are both gone, and even after one of us passes on! We set up an appointment and met with Matt, quickly deciding that setting up a Living Trust was the right thing for our family. We also signed up for Yearly Reviews, so that we could have confidence that any changes and updates would be easily made. Within a month, all of the paperwork was in order and we just met with Diana to sign and finalize everything. I cannot express what peace of mind we have now, knowing that everything is safe and in order, our loved-ones will not endure outrageous court costs and expenses dealing with Probate, and everything will be taken care of as we desire - done right. Everyone at Moulton Law Offices has been so professional, very knowledgeable and kind, and we HIGHLY recommend everyone attend a seminar and become informed on Living Trusts, Wills, and how this process can help protect your family and your future.
