Quality and affordable.

Rebecca did an outstanding job with my chapter 13 and her price was very fair and affordable. Jodi also did a great job of answering all my questions.

I was in the unfortunate situation to file bankruptcy after a car accident. A friend had referred Rebecca Sheppard, I made the phone call and was offered a free consultation. I was immediately surprised by her affordable rates, and throughout the case Rebecca and her assistant Jodi were absolutely fantastic! I first contacted her in October, they were both so helpful throughout the whole process! So many times a question would come to me in the middle of the night, I'd send them an email and they responded promptly the following morning. Now it's 7 months after I first met with them and 3 months after my case was finalized through the courts, I had a question last week about a debtor that was still coming after me, I contacted Rebecca and her and Jodi immediately took action in assisting me. Also, I should add that a friend of mine was considering filing bankruptcy a couple months ago, I referred him to Rebecca and Jodi, he had a free consultation with Rebecca and she informed him that in his situation filing bankrupt would not be in his best interest. You read this correctly she actually could have made money off him but was looking out for his best interest. The word 'lawyer' scares many people, myself included, but I would refer her and Jodi to anyone even considering filing.
