I hired him to represent me. He does not fight at all for you. He "goes with the flow" and does the bare minimum. He will contact you the day before a hearing to inform you that you must attend. When asked why he didn't notify earlier his response is "my bad". Will only communicate via phone so there is no record of conversation's or what he said to client. Spends half his time in Utah. Gets easily confused by prosecutor with regards to charges and negotiation.

Scott Terry is incredible!! I had a DUI charge back in 2003 that we took to trial by jury in which the charge was completely dismissed. We also had a Boating Under The Influence completely dropped by the 2nd court appearance a couple years later. I had a couple other DUI charges after that so I called up Mr. Terry...he also beat those charges. Scott represented me for a gun/marijuana charge in which I walked away from as well. He even answers his cell phone at 1 am on vacation! When you are a client of his you get the privilege to call him when you need him most. Mr. Terry is an attorney you can trust and count on. Scott Terry is a Jedi Lawyer!

I was injured at a Holiday Show, and called Scott, I have known him for years and fully respect him. Scott and his team made everything real easy. They kept track of the stack of bills, and would stay in contact with me, just to see how I was doing with my recovery for nearly two straight years, through surgery and physical therapy. Scott was proactive, great at returning calls, explaining everything, and keeping me informed. He has good people skills, and has respect from the people in his industry . His assistant Kelly was very aggressive with the insurance company that would drag their feet. There were no surprises, or issues. From start to finish the team was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, honest, caring, and fair. All in all I had an amazing experience with Scott, and was very happy with the outcome in my case.

Mr. Terry handled my case very professionally when I had a client threatening to sue me when another contractor used my business card to get a job and told the client he worked for me when his work was subpar they called me. I new nothing about this and they started threatening me, my company, telling me they were going to come after me legally. I called Scott And he got right on this and cleared everything up. He is so worth his money I would hire him again if needed.

im not too upset with the way that my case ended (which really, he didn't do anything with...) however, I am upset with how hard it was to get ahold of Scott when I needed to do so. He claimed to have a plan for my case but when the day came and we went to court, I (being a passenger in an acohol related accident) got a much more serious charge than the driver and owe a LOT more money than the driver. I feel like he could have focused on my case a little more and made more of an effort especially in court where he said maybe a few things other than hello. I personally wasn't impressed.

Scott did a great job getting me compensation for a motor vehical accident I was involved in. I was able to get all medical bills paid for as well as pain and suffering compensation, avoiding a court trial. Thanks Scott.

Mr. Terry has represented my family in a couple of traffic issues as well as family law. His taff is top notch and he is always quick with a response. A 10 among attorneys. I would highly recommend him.

Scott did an amazing job working with my on my dui charge. He got it dropped to a negligent and I did not lose my license at all. Highly Recommended....
